CAPPA, Childbirth and Postpartum Association, is one of the largest certifying organizations for many different fields in birth work.  Attending a CAPPA Childbirth Educator training is the first step in becoming a certified CAPPA Childbirth Educator.  This training will give you the skills you need to begin a wonderful adventure of helping families prepare for their season of birth.  Topics will include:

Childbirth Educator Training Investment: Two-day, 18- hour, training: $400.00.  Participants must attend both full days for certification.

EARLY-BIRD DISCOUNT:  Receive a $25 discount for registration and payment received 4-weeks prior to training date.

LATE REGISTRATION:  A $50 late fee applied to registrations and payment received less than 2-weeks before the training date.

All registrants will need to prepare for this training by completing a Pre-Training Assignment and submit it to Gateway Perinatal Resources within 10-days of the training.  This assignment prepares registrants with a basic understanding of CAPPA, childbirth,  and the scope of childbirth education. The Important Stuff You Really Need To read! Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Registration fees are non-refundable except under the following guidelines:  Gateway Perinatal Resources reserves the right to cancel a training due to low enrollment up to 2-weeks prior to training start date.  If training is cancelled due to low registration, faculty illness, family emergency, weather or other acts of God, all fees will be transferred to another training within a 12-month period. Gateway Perinatal Resources will do all it can to provide another training near the original location.  All transfers will be made with written approval.  If an attendee cancels 3-weeks prior to the training start date, attendee has the option of transferring to another workshop held by Gateway Perinatal Resources within a 12-month period.  A $50 transfer fee will be charged to cancellations less than 2-weeks prior to a training start date.  No-Shows are not eligible for registration transfers or refund.
